Courtnie Nichols is the Founder of The Biz Huddle, an entrepreneur, business strategist, and travel industry leader known for challenging established business owners to think differently about how they lead, grow, and operate.
After building and scaling her business, Courtnie saw a recurring challenge among successful agency owners: many had become exceptional at selling travel while still running businesses that depended heavily on them.
The Biz Huddle was created in response.
An extension of Courtnie’s approach to leadership, The Biz Huddle brings together established agency owners, business experts, and industry leaders in a carefully curated environment designed for honest conversation, strategic challenge, and implementation.
Courtnie believes the right room can change the way a business owner thinks. Her strength lies in creating those rooms, identifying the conversations established entrepreneurs need to have, bringing together people who can challenge one another’s thinking, and creating the conditions for meaningful decisions to happen.
She shapes the vision, protects the integrity of the experience, and ensures the focus remains where it belongs: helping established agency owners move beyond being the talent inside their businesses and step more fully into the role of CEO.
